Excel Holdings established since 1991 in Dallas Texas and moved after to Virginia.
Originally Excel Holdings’ purpose was to be the Holding company of Excel Group of companies, however, over time, Excel Holdings drifted from this purpose and started to be involved in the daily business operations of Excel Group.

Now, we are reorganizing Excel Holdings to go back to its original purpose and be totally separate from any of the Excel Group operations and activities.
